While we endeavor that every measure is taken to make sure you are safe and secure while using our services, there are a couple of things that you can do to enhance your feelings of security.

Make sure you aren’t alone when the student arrives to undertake work.

If you live alone invite a friend or neighbor to be with you while work is completed.

Keep your mobile phone with you in case you need to contact the Yumani customer service team or local authority.
